Yin Yoga
This class offers the opportunity to renew, restore, and heal for people who are exhausted, anxious, or stressed. This one-hour session will include Yin Yoga/Restorative poses, Breathwork, Aromatherapy and Sound healing. All postures are done seated or lying down. Props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) are used to support your body so that you can relax completely. Whether you are looking to rehabilitate from an injury, recovering from an illness, gain space and range of motion, renew the body to a more liberated and lighter state or you just need to be treated with TLC, this class is for you.
