You'll learn yoga poses and breathwork techniques that can help you reduce anxiety, stay present, and cultivate inner calm.
This program takes place online over 14 days, with each day consisting of three hours of training.
The cost is €950, with a non-refundable deposit of €250 required on booking. The remaining €700 can be divided over 7 months, with payments due at the beginning of each month.
