My yoga flow classes centre around breath work, mindful movement, flow and relaxation.
At every class, we begin with centring, some gentle floor work, and then begin to flow. We hold some poses to increase their benefits. We finish with a soothing savasana (relaxation).
Yoga Class Schedule
I teach a Mindful Yoga Flow class every Monday at 10am and Thursday evening at 8.30 pm in The Yoga Room, Ratoath. All are welcome, it is suited to every level.
I also provide private 1-to-1 or small group hatha yoga classes.
