Wowsy! What a year so far and it only keeps giving.. Vitality Traditional Yoga School(VTSOY RYS 200) opened its doors in Ratoath, to its first group of Yoga Teacher Trainness last weekend. This group is exceptional, their energy/enthusiasm, awareness and compassion. I forecast an exciting year ahead for myself and the other VTSOY tutors marinading in Yoga with these guys. Coming Soon!
