I have discovered a fabulous new retreat centre on the Old Head of Kinsale. Spent an amazing couple of days down there with Shirley (wonderful host) last week. The weather really co operated too. Stayed a little longer than had previously arranged......it was just too good to miss the opportunity to walk on the beach and explore this beautiful part of the country..
