Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is an amazing way to heal your body, and de-stress your mind. 

In recent years, more doctors and healthcare practitioners recommend incorporating yoga therapy into a recovery plan, or as a way to improve overall health. 

I conduct many 1-to-1 yoga therapy sessions, where I tailor the class around the injuries or ailments of each client. This means that the class focuses on what your body and mind needs, and promotes healing in a way that your body will respond to.
