Whats New Since September 2016 at Vitality(Hub of all things Yoga and Wellness)
I've been meaning to write this Blog for quite some time. The intention was there but the time to sit and write just didn't seem to materialise. Its been crazy. All in a good way though
Lots of preparation, training and creating behind the scene's...as well as teaching, tutoring and working with clients.
I started two brand New Classes " Empower your Inner Goddess" in October in my New Leigh Valley Studio. We focus on the particular energy of a traditional Hindu Goddess and work with that Energy for two weeks, using Mantra, Mudra, Chant, Gentle Hatha Yoga and a Sound Healing Relaxation. Classes are going well. I was surprised anyone turned up. I created the class as I love exploring the more subtle aspects of Yoga. Pure indulgence on my part...
I completed my Level 2 Practitioner Sound Healing Diploma, 5 day Intensive training in Bath University in September. Wow, What an amazing experience. stunning location, wonderful group. Big shout out to the incredible teaching team Tony, Jane, Roise and Colourful Simone. I came away with such a passion for sound. It reminds me of the start of my Yoga Journey and how I just wanted to share this healing modality with everybody.
Will keep you updated with any upcoming sound Events. My Sister in Sound, Mary and I will be offering Sound Soaks.. I mean Baths together....under the name" Crystal Vibrations". We have set up a Facebook Page..just need to add the content now..
I will be offering the first ever" Floating Sound Soaks/ Baths" from my studio in Ratoath from November. Yes you heard it here... You get to hang in a hammock and absorb the healing Vibrations of the Instruments... This needs to be experienced €60 an hour ( €30 each for a couple or €20 each for 3 peeps).
I will be giving two "Floating Sound Soaks/Baths away over the next few weeks. Keep an Eye out on my Facebook Business Page for a competition.
Big Shout out to a great friend and another amazing, inspiring Teacher Debbie Boyle. Debbie has been running her Angelic Connection business from Castleknock and the Hill of Tara, for a number of years. She specialises in Angelic Healing Training and Crystal Healing. I had the pure pleasure of attending one of her weekend workshops in Angelic Healing a couple of weeks ago. Highly Recommended. I am booked in for her Crystal Healing workshop next weekend.
